Yes. Native integrations with Clio, MyCase, Filevine, and others are on the roadmap — no spreadsheet export required, just a live sync. Webhook support for custom systems is also planned. We will notify firms on our list when each integration launches.
Your client data never leaves your Google Sheet. We read from the export file you control — we do not connect directly to your CRM and we do not store raw client records. All data inside Firm Heartbeat is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS), and each firm's data is isolated by row-level security policies.
Most firms are live within 20 minutes of the setup call. The call runs about 30 minutes — we map columns in the first 10, and by the end you are looking at your actual intake funnel, leaderboard, and ROI numbers.
